What we collect, and why
- Request & contact forms: the details you type (name, email, phone, event details, your selected pieces) are sent to our inbox by email so we can reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract, at your request.
- Newsletter & waitlists: your email address, used only to send you the Appolonia Letter. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails.
- The Circle: the details you send when asking to join, used only to answer you personally.
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) directly to our email inbox. We do not resell, rent or share your data with anyone.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses essential storage only, kept in your own browser:
- appolonia-quote — remembers the pieces you added to your request while you browse.
- ap-intro — remembers that you have already seen the opening curtain this session.
- ap-consent — remembers your choice on the cookie banner.
No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no profiling. If we ever add audience statistics, they will only run after your explicit consent through the banner.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces; your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.
- FormSubmit relays form submissions to our email.
- Our hosting provider serves the pages and may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time of visit) for security.
How long we keep your data
Request and contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your project and our legal bookkeeping obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask at any time to access, correct, receive or erase the data we hold about you, or object to its use. One email to hello@appolonialinen.com is enough; we answer personally. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
